The resume line that gets you rejected in four seconds
Recruiters do not read resumes. They scan them. Here is what the scan actually looks for.

A recruiter looking at a stack of two hundred resumes for one role spends an average of six to eight seconds per resume on the first pass. That is not enough time to read a single paragraph.
What they scan for is structure: a clear title, quantified outcomes, and a format that does not make them hunt for information. "Worked on marketing campaigns" gets skipped. "Grew organic traffic 40 percent over two quarters" gets a second look.
This is not about padding your resume with buzzwords. It is about being specific enough that a stranger scanning for six seconds can tell what you actually did.
